The Averim | Close to Brackley beach

Tucked back from Rustico Road, our fully equipped cottage is the perfect PEI home base. Just minutes from Brackley Beach and the National Park, we provide all the extras for a seamless stay.

Located in the popular Green Gables Shore area, you’re only 20 minutes from Cavendish and Charlottetown. Centrally situated, you can reach both East Point and West Point in under two hours.

Welcome to The Averim, a bright and comfortable 1,100 sq. ft. family cottage tucked away on a spacious private lot in Oyster Bed, PEI.

The cottage features a relaxed open-concept living area, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Enjoy the Smart TV with your favorite streaming services and prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

We have a playpen and highchair in the cottage.

Laundry area with washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outdoor Living

Relax on the front deck, fire up the BBQ (propane provided), or let the kids enjoy the backyard playset. In the evening, gather around the bonfire under the stars.

A peaceful and convenient spot to experience everything Prince Edward Island has to offer.

Guests will have full access to the entire cottage and property during their stay. This includes the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, basement laundry, front deck, backyard, BBQ, fire pit, and playset.

There is free parking available in the private driveway. We have enough space for 2 cars.

I will always be available through call, text or airbnb. We are living nearby- So any problems can be solved easily and fast.

If you follow Rustico rd, close to the Esso you will find this beautiful cottage.

The location is ideal. You are basically on the middle of the island. In less than 30 min you will be in the centre of Charlottetown where you can enjoy a nice beverage by night on Victoria row. The music, good food and decorated trees make this definitely a must see. Brackley beach is on a 5 min. drive! Right at the beginning of the park you will find the beach. But a drive through the park is also beautiful. You are never far away from some sight seeing! Also there is the famous brackley drive-in theatre on 5 minutes. Definitely a must see too! Arrive early, it is always super busy.

There is no public transportation out of town, so you will definitely need a car.

The Averim is located in a quiet residential cottage area. There are neighbours on either side and across the road, including some retired residents. Trees provide natural privacy, but we kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful surroundings and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

There is a playset located in the field beside the cottage that children are welcome to enjoy. This play area is shared with the neighbouring cottages.

As with many traditional PEI cottages, the home is not heavily insulated. Sound can travel between floors, so we ask guests to be mindful if others in the group are sleeping.

The laundry area is located in the basement. Like many older island basements, it can feel slightly damp during very humid weather.

The wood stove is not used during the summer months.
